2023: Okowa Visits Jos, Commissions Atiku/Mutfwang Join Campaign Office

The Vice Presidential candidate of the PDP, Governor Patrick Okowa was in Jos, the Plateau State capital today to commission the campaign office of Atiku/Okowa, Mutfwang/Piyo located at the Plateau State Secretariat junction.

According to Okowa, “we are working hard round the clock across the 36 States and the prospects are very good, and we believe by the grace of God victory is sure”.

He adds that education is very key to to them, ” education of our children is very key to us, you would recall that the APC government does not care about our children’s education, our children have been out of school for over eight months now”. Stressing that we will pay special attention to education because it is very key to us 

The Vice Presidential candidate to Atiku Abubakar charged the Mutfwang/Piyo team to be encouraged saying ”  no matter what you may encounter in the cause of campaigns, do not give up and do not fight them, we will regain our freedom and take our people out of poverty and we will be able to tackle the insecurity problem and make Nigeria a secured nation.”.

“With the economic reform of Atiku Abubakar,  working with Mutfwang we will be able to help our people to rediscover themselves in the path of a great future 

In his response, the Plateau State Chairman of PDP, Hon Chris Hassan said they are very happy to receive the Vice Presidential Candidate to Atiku, His Excellency Governor Patrick Okowa in Jos for the commioning of this auspicious office.

Hassan adds that the campaign structure was designed to accommodate and ensure the convenience of all the people. 

” in this this structure, we have the Presidential campaign, State, zonal, local government as well as pulling unit campaign structures  and this is the only one in the country “.

The chairman revealed that the only problem the PDP has on the Plateau is who to father them adding that Okowa has proven to be a father figure now with his concern and contributions to the growth of the party in the State 

The gubernatorial candidate in Plateau State, Barr Caleb Mutfwang thank Okowa for finding time to commission the office complex.

According to Mutfwang, ” today all our differences are over and we stand as a united PDP on the Plateau”.

Mutfwang further apologized to all agrieved members unbehalf of all the candidates saying they should be forgiven for anywhere they have fallen short, ” it is time to wake up and be one for the people of Plateau State”.

Mutfwang further appreciates the youths who took it upon themselves to wash Plateau from the missdeeds that was deposited here when some people visited.

He adds that ” we are not working for Mutfwang/Piyo alone but for Atiku/Okowa and for the general good of Nigeria and God will help us”.
