*COVID-19 NIGERIA Wednesday 7:08 am 24 Aug 2022: From 13th August to 15th August 2022, 144 new confirmed cases were recorded*

To date, 262,664 cases have been confirmed, 256,334 cases have been discharged and 3,147 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
The 144 new cases are reported from 9 States- Lagos (101), Abia (13), Akwa Ibom (10), FCT (9), Kano (5), Kaduna (3), Bauchi (1), Ekiti (1) and Plateau (1).
A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities.
