Adamawa; Education Minister Prof. Tahir gives Soccour to the people, Distributes Food palliatives.

In his bid to cushion the effect of feeding challenges currently being faced in Adamawa State, and a continuous effort of
keeping in touch with the grassroots, through
addressing the people’s basic needs.

Honourable Minister for Education Professor Tahir Mamman, has distributed some food palliatives to the People across the State.

Mamman was represented by a strong APC Stakeholder, and an advocate of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led, renewed hope administration’s agenda, Ambassador Peter Kevin held the distribution exercise Yola city, the Capital of Adamawa State.

The palliative which are food items includes, Rice, noodles, vegetable oil, among others is was delivered across the state, worth millions of Naira.

The Minister who assumed office in October, 2023 has also organized a 2-day Capacity Building Exercise for the Desk/Liaison Officers of Federal Ministry of Education Departments, Parastatals, Tertiary Institutions, and Federal Government
Colleges on the implementation of the Ministerial Deliverables and the Education Sector Roadmap.

This was Organized in collaboration with the Office of the Special Adviser, to the President on Policy and Coordination and Head, Central Delivery Coordination Unit CDCU, Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office- Partnership for Learning for All in Nigerian Education FCDO-PLANE.

The programme will also Partner to Engage, Reform and Learn FCDO-PERL.

The objective is to deepen the understanding of desk officers on the tools and processes used for data collection, collation, harmonizing and reportage of Ministerial activities towards achievement of Education goals in Nigeria.
